BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How do I get started?

Create an account or sign in from My account. Select “Submit a sample”, add your contact email and sample details, then review and submit. My requests keeps testing, contact and recovery requests together. Submission records a platform request; laboratory acceptance and shipping are confirmed separately.

How do I verify a certificate of analysis?

Enter the Lookup Code shown on the certificate to open its report. Report and submission numbers are separate identifiers.

What if I've lost my Lookup Code?

Open Nova Support and submit a report recovery request using the email used for testing and your company or project name. Additional verification may be needed before a report is shared.

What should I send to the laboratory?

Sample quantity, packaging, shipping conditions, and documentation depend on the requested analysis. These requirements should be confirmed with the laboratory before shipping.

Where can I see pricing and turnaround?

Confirm pricing and turnaround with the laboratory for your analysis. Submitting a request does not collect a payment.
